We use prayers, chants, ceremonies and mantras to bring peace into our hearts and take it out into the world. Two of the oldest and most frequently used words for peace come from the Sanskrit and Latin language: Shanti and Pax. These age old languages offer us tools to enhance our spirituality. The ancient, and at the same time current, message of Om Shanti Om and Dona Nobis Pacem offers us an opening to find peace.
