On this album, Capitanata worked with tai chi master Dr. Hoaimu to create an energetic dance of shadow and light. Tai chi movements flow smoothly and powerfully as they are driven by an internal energy. By practising tai chi, you can bring the two opposing principles yin and yang back into their fundamental natural harmony. The effect of this harmony is physical and spiritual well being. You can hear keyboard, synthesizer, shakuhachi, flute, sacred gong, percussion, bells, harp, koto and guzheng.
