After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation of your order via the e-mail.
Orders will be processed and shipped within two days and will be shipped by regular mail.
Within Europe, delivery usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks.
Outside of Europe delivery averages three to four weeks.
If you would like to have your CDs delivered via priority mail then you just need to request this service and pay the additional shipping charges. This usually costs approximately 50% more than regular mail and reduces the delivery time by about 50%.
In the event that your order does not arrive within the estimated time then you can e-mail us an inquiry at info@oreade.com Please be sure to mention your name, the title(s) of the CD(s) ordered and the date that you placed your order.
For distributors/wholesalers and retailers:
Please e-mail us at info@oreade.com explaining which country that you would like to distribute our CDs, quantities required and any other relevant information and we will e-mail you a reply within 2 to 3 working days.

1. Please contact Oreade at Wright Fulfillment fo information on opening a wholesale account. The first order must be pre-paid and you must provide a credit application with the first order.
