Chakra Balancing is een stijlvol gearrangeerde cd met een schatkist aan instrumenten. Je hoort onder andere fluit, klankschalen, cello, didgeridoo, jembe, piano en accordeon. Door het roteren van de chakra’s wordt energie opgenomen en weer vrijgemaakt. Chakra’s verspreiden energie die ons bestaan mogelijk maakt. Als een of meer chakra’s geblokkeerd zijn, dan is je lichaam uit balans en dat kan zich uiten door ziekte of stress. Door krachtige trillingen kunnen we het evenwicht weer herstellen. De maat van de muziek begint met 60 slagen per minuut voor de onderste chakra’s en neemt toe als we langs de ruggengraat omhoog bewegen. Geschikt voor alle ontspannings- en meditatietechnieken.

The chakras disperse vital energy, making our existence possible. When one or more of the chakras is blocked, imbalance and disease may occur. By means of energetic vibrations, we can restore the balance. The beat of the music starts at 60 beats a minute for the base chakra and proceeds to increase as we move up the spine. Beautifully arranged with an acoustical treasure trove of flutes, singing bowls, cello, percussion, didgeridoo, jembe, piano, accordion and vocals, this is an aural journey not to be missed. Good for all forms of relaxation and meditation. The nucleus of Guna Sangah is made up by Onno Wieten and Fred Kosters. In collaboration with guest musicians, they work their ideas into sound for ceremonies, a healing soundscape or just for entertainment and relaxation.
