Deze cd bevat twee tracks: Above the Waves and Below the Waves. In het eerste gedeelte hoor je dolfijnen fluiten, roepen en klikken en in de verte hoor je meeuwen roepen. In het tweede gedeelte hoor je de dolfijnen vanuit het onderwater perspectief. Ze worden vergezeld van een bultrug en orka en je hoort ze water spuiten en klikken. Dit is een van de bestverkochte cd’s uit de Sounds of the Earth serie, een reeks albums waarop alleen natuurgeluiden staan zonder toegevoegde muziek of zang.

The album is divided into two parts, the first half is ‘Above the water’. The bay is full of gentle waves. Dolphins chirp, call and click. Gradually you move out to deeper water, distant gulls are calling from the mainland. The waves become more powerful. The dolphins continue their calling and sonar clicking. If you listen very carefully you can even hear them using their blow holes. In the second half, ‘Below the waves’, the dolphin sounds are heard form the perspective of being just below the surface of the sea. Air bubbles rise and the dolphins are joined by a humpback whale and later an orca. The best selling album in this popular nature sound series.
