Net als het album Birdsong Concert is Ocean Concert speciaal opgenomen voor ontspanning en meditatie. Je hoort het natuurlijke, ontspannende geluid van een rustige branding. De natuurgeluiden zijn verrijkt met zogenoemde ‘binaural beats’. Deze toegevoegde tonen zijn niet hoorbaar, maar beinvloeden wel de hersengolven. Voor een optimaal effect wordt het gebruik van een koptelefoon aanbevolen. De cd kan ook gebruikt worden bij het (makkelijker) in slaap vallen.
